I have heard discouragement because of my choice to stick with Taco Bell. I do have a BA and looked into graduate school, but I have found happiness here and really like the challenge of turning this store around and back to being the top in my company.

You just have to do what makes you happy and keeps you motivated! Let the people talk but you keep doing your walk and grind everyday.
