Defining Moments
How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Society in general:
I never had discouragement throughout my career. I started at 31 years old and never had anything but encouragement throughout every step.
How I responded:
There is always opportunity in the trades. I started with no knowledge of the trade or even what to expect. I worked hard and continuously evaluated and updated my goals. I still constantly challenge myself and this drive has created the opportunities I have experienced. At the end of the day, there is a tremendous amount of pride in looking at what you have accomplished throughout the day and in your life.
