Life & Career Milestones
I've taken a lot of twists and turns
1.
I started my career as an administrative assistant for Congressman Bernie Sanders.
2.
I then transitioned into corporate governance.
3.
After gaining some experience, I co-founded a corporate governance consulting firm, where I worked for 14 years while simultaneously running my own contracting company.
4.
I eventually decided that while I was living my best life, I could do more to contribute to humanity, so I pivoted to work in more social and community service-based spaces.
5.
I thought I was doing my part for the planet by recycling and composting, but when my daughter came home from camp crying about the state of the climate, I realized the little things weren’t enough.
6.
I started reading, researching, and learning about the people who were taking a systems-level approach to address the climate crisis, which led me into ocean farming.
7.
I now work as the director of infrastructure for GreenWave, an organization that trains and supports regenerative ocean farmers in order to yield meaningful economic and climate impacts.
